SUB Optic system
Kaiser Raman SUB Optic system
The Kaiser Raman SUB Optic system was developed according to industry standards for single-use sensors, is cGMP qualified, and is gamma sterilizable. Our biopharmaceutical customers depend on its sterility and reliability for single-use development and manufacturing.
The system is comprised of two parts:
- Reusable optic, which is never in contact with the end product; and
- A disposable fitting for single-use bioreactors (SUB), which is installed, tested, and supplied ready to use from the bioreactor vendor.
The Kaiser Raman SUB Optic system, in conjunction with the Kaiser RamanRxn probe, has been shown to offer the same quality data as reusable Raman probes. This ability allows customers to develop products and processes without limitations of the final production reactor type
