In order to capitalize on the power of Raman in manufacturing it is necessary to meet the sampling requirements of compliance, sterilization, port compatibility, and convenience. The Kaiser Raman bIO-PRO probe:

  • Offers a suitable surface finish for GMP manufacturing
  • Is compatible with side ports of large bioreactors
  • Meets CIP/SIP sterilization protocols.

The bIO-PRO may be installed in development reactors of up to 50 L  and in production reactors up to  20,000 L. In addition to applications in bioprocessing, the bIO-PRO design may also be successfully used in food and beverage to provide an analytical “eye” into the fermentation process.
